Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026.
Nonprofit Tech Support ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit nonprofittechsupport.ca.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide — name, email address, organization, and the content of the message you send through our contact form. Please do not submit passwords, health information, financial information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Our site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network and security information such as IP addresses, request URLs, routing data, and system information to provide its services. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
When the contact form is enabled, the information entered in the form is sent to Web3Forms so it can screen and deliver the message to us. Web3Forms acts as a service provider and may use infrastructure and spam-prevention subprocessors. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. You can avoid Web3Forms by contacting us directly by email or phone.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies or session replay. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for this site and collects only timing metrics about page loads (how long pages take to load, and Core Web Vitals) to show how the site performs. Cloudflare states that it does not track individual end users across its customers' sites. Cloudflare also uses essential security technologies to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy above for how Cloudflare processes network information.
How we use your information
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the cybersecurity services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we retain your information
We retain the inquiry copies we receive for up to 24 months to provide ongoing support. Our service providers may have their own operational retention periods as described in their policies. You may request deletion at any time by emailing rossm@nonprofittechsupport.ca; where applicable, we will also request deletion from the service provider.
Processing outside Canada
Cloudflare, Web3Forms, and their subprocessors may process information outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws. Use the direct email or phone option if you do not want to submit information through the web form.
Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email rossm@nonprofittechsupport.ca.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide, including HTTPS in transit and access controls on systems that receive inquiries. No Internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please send only the minimum information needed for us to respond.
